Updating Patient Serology Results

2 views CTR FAQ Admin 0

1. How can I update incorrect Patient Serology Results?

You can update or correct the Serology Results for the Living Donor or Recipient record as follows:

  • Select the Patient Serology section on the Health Tab and double click on one of the results in the  Result column.
  • In the Patient Serology Window, select the Result or Type column to be updated and select the appropriate data. Update and save.

2. What if, instead of updating the record, I make a second entry for Serology Results on the Health tab? There are now 2 different Serology Results entered minutes apart.

Serology Results once entered and saved cannot be deleted but can be updated or corrected.

In case of an error, if an additional set of Serology Results is entered, add a comment in the health tab indicating which of the two sets of Results is the valid entry.
